All adults are welcome, but to frustrate spammers I must give you permission to join this group.
Bear in mind that in the end this group is just a way for me to share the stuff I create, so group activity tends to come in spurts, with sizable lulls between the spurts. (Ooh…lulls and spurts…sounds obscene.) I’ll send out a group e-mail when any new significant work is posted, and in between those big projects I’ll try to post a new group image every week.
Individual drawings will be posted in the Photos section. Larger projects will be posted in zip format in the Files section.
Unfortunately, this group has neither the space nor the bandwidth to make all of my past work available to members (and there’s lots of it). THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO GET MY PAST WORK:
1) There is an archive of zip files containing my past work, organized by year, available at http://www.mediafire.com/captaindunsel. There is a direct link to this site in the Links section.
2) Some group members have kindly created and maintain torrents for all my past stuff. Go to the “Torrents” folder in the Files section for information on how to access them.
There is a text file in the Files section that lists and describes all my past work, to help you sort through what’s what.

Dunsel’s own Biography
Well, mine is a simple story, and yet profound in its simplicity. I was born in a log cabin in the wilds of Kentucky and as a boy taught myself how to draw drunk women by firelight…
Actually, there are a couple of pretty good histories of the fetish’s internet life here:
http://girlsgettingwasted.blogspot.com/p/about-intoxication-fetish.html and here: http://drunkduckus420.wordpress.com/hotdrunkchicks-net/ which do a better job of recounting the journey than my own flawed memory can.
Personally, I have been drawing comics of drunk women for my own amusement for decades, since my late teen years. My internet involvement began back in the late 1990s when I timorously submitted a drawing to a Yahoo! Group. It was well-received, so I submitted more, and before long I was a semi-regular contributor to the various incarnations of internet groups mentioned in those histories.
In 2005 HDC (Hot Drunk Chicks), the site I was using to disseminate my work at the time, went dark for an extended period, so I started up my own Yahoo! Group (this one) so I could continue to share the stuff I create with others of like mind and interest.
To be honest, I’m more or less a lurker within the community other than the stuff I post here, so I’m often out of the loop with regards to the big picture. Which is to say, I’m not really a leader within the intoxication fetish community, I’m not one of the guys who have stepped up to keep the community alive as a community over the years, I’m just a guy who gets a kick out of drawing softcore porn pictures of a certain type and posts them online at a Yahoo! Group because some other folks seem to enjoy them. If the forces of evil
finally succeed in censoring the internet, well, I’ll continue to create my stuff, I just won’t be able to share it.
So in the end, I’m not the best person to ask about how the intoxication fetish community has changed over the years. If you post this question over at Girls Getting Wasted I suspect you’ll get a far more substantive and accurate response.
Time flies, though. Sheesh.
